Charlotte is the former global head of executive and employee communications at software giant SAP. A career communicator, two-time novelist and former journalist, Charlotte helps CEOs and their leadership teams to activate their transformation programmes. Specifically, she helps them negotiate and communicate in a way that drives successful change. Charlotte also works one-to-one with executives to help position them reputationally and establish them as thought leaders. Charlotte holds an an MSc in Change Leadership from HEC Paris and the Oxford Saïd Business School. Her new book We Need New Leaders will be published in June 2025.
