Richard was the first Editor in Chief at Fidelity International, one of the world’s biggest investment managers. In that role, he oversaw all thought leadership — making him responsible for everything from hosting a geeky asset allocation podcast to supporting the CEO and Chairman with speeches and media appearances. Today, Richard deploys that experience helping organisations in amplifying (and activating!) their leadership talent. Richard began his career in radio at the BBC, becoming business editor of its flagship Today programme. A fluent German speaker, he spent three years in Frankfurt as correspondent for Reuters Television, appearing on both the BBC and German news channel N-TV. He then moved to the Financial Times as its first global head of video, before being appointed economics editor of Britain’s leading commercial news broadcaster, ITV News. He has won awards from the Webbys, Lovies, the Royal Television Society, and the British Podcast Awards.
